What we collect and why

The quote form collects your name, email, property postcode and project type, plus, only if you choose, phone, timing, budget, property type and a message, and the page you enquired from. We use it to reply, to prepare a quotation, and if you become a client to carry out and certify the work. Lawful basis: performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before entering one.

Who we share it with

Infrastructure providers acting on our instructions: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Resend (email) and Airtable (our job desk). Where work is notifiable, certification bodies receive the property address as the law requires. We never sell your details or share them for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 12 months. Records of completed work are kept for 6 years for guarantee and legal purposes.

Your rights
