About Elite Electrician Bristol
Domestic electrical work, done to the standard and proven by the paperwork. That is the whole pitch.

Elite Electrician Bristolprovides domestic electrical services across Bristol: fuse box upgrades, rewiring, EICR inspections, EV chargers, lighting, sockets and urgent fault-finding, from Clifton's Georgian conversions to Horfield's 1930s semis. We publish our guide ranges, quote fixed in writing, test everything we touch, and certify what the regulations require. Contact runs through the quote form and email; we reply within one working day.
Why we publish prices
Every question people ask about electricians is secretly a question about money, the search data proves it, and most firms still make you ring to find out. We think that is the wrong way round: a range you can plan against is more useful than a quote you have to chase, and clients who arrive knowing our ranges have already decided we are honest. The ranges are on the cost guide; the fixed number comes in writing before any work starts.
Why there is no phone number
Deliberate, and worth explaining. Electrical work quotes properly from written detail: what the job is, where, what the property is, photographs where they help. A form captures that in one pass; a phone call captures half of it and books a second call for the rest. Send the form and you get a considered reply within one working day, every detail on record, no phone tag. Genuinely dangerous situations have better numbers than any electrician's office: 105 for power cuts, 999 for anything burning.
How the work is tested
Every circuit we alter is tested before we leave: insulation resistance, polarity, earth continuity, RCD operation. Notifiable work is certified under Part P and the Building Regulations notification arrives without being chased. An EICR from us means every circuit tested and every observation coded and photographed, with remedial work priced separately so the inspection stays honest. Testing is not the admin after the job; it is the job.
What we will not do
- Quote a rewire without seeing the house. A number given from a doorstep is a number that will move.
- Bundle remedial work into an EICR price. The inspection stays independent of what it finds, or it is worthless.
- Tell you the law requires an upgrade it does not require. We show you what the work buys and let you decide.
- Leave work uncertified. If it is notifiable, the certificate is part of the job, not an extra.
- Take on work outside our competence. High-voltage, three-phase industrial and solar design go to specialists, and we say so.
Our guarantee
Workmanship is guaranteed in writing, certification arrives with the invoice, and our registration and insurance details are confirmed in every quote so you can verify rather than trust. Ask to speak to a recent client; we will have a name for you before you finish asking.
